You can make scramble egg, omelet, or tuna sandwich. You also can add some fruits in your breakfast to get the vitamins. It can be banana, apple, or orange. Drinking milk in the morning also help your body to get lots of energy. With healthy breakfast you can through your day with energy and spirit. The breakfast in the morning doesn’t make you fat. That is because the body automatically produces the breakfast into energy for the whole life. So, you can eat a lot in your breakfast without afraid of fat.
